So, here I am with my Kingfisher blue 1996 Rover 414i.
The car is a runner, but the interior trim and the exterior need lot of attentions.

Here is the full story:

I will start posting and updating my shopping list:

Mechanical:
- Heat screen dividing the radiator from the exhaust manifolds
- AC gas
- New clutch soon
- New shocks

Interior:
- New driver seat trim (that would be passenger seat trim in UK, so I hope to find it on ebay.co.uk) in grey
- New door trims (all four of them) in grey
- Antenna
- Rear window washing nozzle
- Bands connecting the bootlid to the boot cover
- New ceiling in grey
- passenger handle
- Turn indicator lever

Try West Trading BV in the Netherlands for your seat cloth.

Here is the selection of Rover cloth they have purchased:

http://www.westtrading.nl/overzicht.asp ... upholstery

You can only buy from this company through a registered upholsterer.

Last time I purchased some fabric from these people, it DIDN'T come with the foam backing - an upholsterer will glue a thin sheet on the back for you, if you need it for your door inserts. This might be the case for all Rover materials to be honest as it perishes after 10-15 years so they probably don't manufacture and store with foam backing already in place.

Sorry for the English link - but the website doesn't do Italian :sad

Nice story about your history with the R8 Riber :-)

Not sure if it's just me but I can't see the pics though :-(

I can't see them either - but they're showing in the OP's introduction thread - linked above :sad

Edit: They come and go - I've seen them now - once only! :laughing2 I'm hosting them now, below :clapping

Photo of the interior close up would confirm the door cards problem and choice of material (hint).
