Hi our next meeting at the Highwayman Shepton Mallett is Saturday 26th January.
As we haven't had any new faces over the last few years, and the members that do turn up are having trouble getting their cars through the MOT (emissions) this could be our last meeting here as the Rover 200/400 owners club.

Is this a fundamental ageing problem, or "just" a maintenance/service issue?

Emissions testing certainly for petrol engined cars of our vintage have not changed. What may have changed is the fitment of cheap pattern components by owners! I've just noticed that oxygen sensors for D16 Twin Cams are no longer available, what are Rimmers playing at?

In fairness as of yet no petrol has changed (because it's the correct fuel to use

Cheers.
Might be a little after midday, as need to be in Bridport mid-late morning for a customer.
Looking forward to meeting you all.
