Daft question maybe!
Just brought my Rover420sli(D) and realised that the plastic thing you need to remove that anti theft wheel nut cover is not in the wheel changing kit.
So how would I get it off in order to change a wheel?
Any help welcome. Thanks :)

Pull it off with a pair of pliers or prize it off with a screwdriver

Thanks. So really if you have alloy wheels you need to get a proper set of locking wheel nuts. Thank you again :)

Not sure on part number, can check when I get home tonight, but they only cost a couple of quid from your local dealer/xpart.
