Completed the Engine bay "dress up " kit
Started work prepping parts and components for the overhaul front to back of the suspension system top to bottom
Spare front anti roll bar
Tie rods/brake reaction bar with poly
Condition of rear discs and calipers intend to "upgrade" with
Front roll bar with first coats of hammerite red smooth to smarten up
Rear anti roll bar gets the same treatment
Condition of rear 260mm discs
Resolved the pas system leak thanks to CABLEGUY AND BLACKSHADDOW, offending item here

Few passes with the random orbital disc sander

Removed poly inner bushes from old arms i had in stock
Burning of the new inner bush out
Fitted
Painted to help protect as long as i can( not long i know but better than bare)
Anti roll bars more paint applied
Turned attention to Front of car

Abs rings are failed, cracked open and causing abs to kick in, cv gaitors also at the end of 20 years service, swapped for working items from n261, and issues now resolved

Trw TRE, possible original tbh, these are to replaced when i fit the Golds and the Cableguy top mounts and get the Geometry set up
dark images, but condition of ball join nuts were so poor i had no choice but to cut away until i could break free with force
Failed cv boot at some stage
TCA inner bush
n/s drive shaft replaced with a much healthier and fully functional abs ring
New front Tca in place
front anti roll bar in place and new ARB poly "d" bushes installed

Very pleased with my weekends "DIY" mechanic work. Car is slowly approaching the way N261 drove when i first got it.
Do not underestimate the effect of new ball joints. I am now going to be doing these on a yearly basis at mot time
