For both The Viking downloads and the separate Rover documents download area, there is a two hour embargo on downloading the same file again to avoid the website bandwidth being exceeded. You should be able to download a file again after this period.

If you continue to have problems you would be best to report this via the Webmaster/Forum contact under the CONTACT US menu option above, rather than making a random post in an unrelated topic - that way you can be sure your issue will be seen by the current webmaster
