Rover 416 Auto HHR 1998

Can anyone tell me if an 049 size battery will fit the above car?
My old battery died tonight and I hitched home so cant check it and I need to buy a new one before returning to the car.

According to this old online Lucas catalogue:

You need an 057 (the 416 petrol automatic 1995> gets an individual listing among the other Rovers)
A quick comparison of 049 and 057 from an online search suggests that they have similar physical dimensions but the 057 has a higher AH and CCA rating.
