Does anyone else in the UK do this swap?

I never have to be honest. I just adjust my driving to suit the conditions, especially increasing the gap between myself and the vehicle in front.

A minimum 2 seconds in the dry and 4 seconds in the wet.

Only a fool breaks the 2 seconds rule!
