Cars in the Park 30th june/1st july

OK so the 1st year we have been able to do both days The event is organised by The Rotary Club of Lichfield St Chad with all funds raised being spread over a number of local, national and international good causes.

The event attracts not just car enthusiasts but families too. Beacon Park and the cathedral city of Lichfield have plenty to offer visitors.

Right, can only do Saturday, but can take 2 cars (Tahiti 220 GSi Turbo, White 216 GTi TC)

I have to admit, this years weather so far has definitely had an impact on the turn out at shows so far.
This years mod-nats was a disaster weather wise, then again, it's been like that for a few years now!

Now we're in the middle of the year I do wonder if our summer has passed us by !!!!!!

I'm still going to try and get to this show though, as it will be nice to catch up with some fellow members.

Still hoping to come on the Saturday with the GSi T, also the 216 GTi if I can persuade the Mrs to come along too. (the offer of shopping in Lichfield might just sway her)
