Have to be honest John, it was that, or drag him through courts to get some form of resolution and my mental and physical health just don’t need that at the moment (lots going on at home with wife’s cancer recovery and my eldest child struggling at school with anxiety and SEND issues).
So, I decided to move on from the failed project, never use the garage again and concentrate on a new Coupe.
To that end, I collected a 1998 R reg VVC coupe yesterday with a bunch of spare panels, had a 2 hour drive home and enjoyed every minute of it. Yes, it has some bits and bobs that need doing, but I have the spare panels and space to do most of it myself before handing over to my trusted paint shop for finishing.
Onwards!
