There a load of rubbish and a waste of money, they belong in the same vein as the ebay "20bhp horse power resistor chips" & the electric "superchargers".

All it will do is restrict the airflow and generaly do naff all, put it this way if they were that good all the car manufacturers would be fitting them.
Glad to be back in a rover! :)
