Some piccies of my 220 Gsi T that I picked up last night. It did have straights on it but I've swapped them onto the wifes ZR







Needs a little TLC but engine & box seem pretty good.
Need lowering & some drop link/ARB bushes for sure !!

Mongoose on the back?

I think it's a full system, but it sticks out a bit far for my liking.. does anyone know if they all do?
I'd prefere a letterbox style I think.

Looks like mine did when I first got the mongoose - sticks out.

I complained to them and they admitted the design was wrong for them all after having the car up on ramps. - Mine got fixed by the manufacturers to a more suitable length. Hatch/Coupe backboxes are the same for turbos, but it doesn't look as bad stuck out on the Coupes due to a different design bumper.

The mongoose is a nice exhaust though.

For reference: I have a note on the register that it was last seen for sale in Jan

Yes Marks old car, I was going to buy it from Alex but it's a 6hr train journey & a 5hr car journey back :( so I went for the charcoal one in Luton.

Update, fitted a new fuel tank as the old one was pourus, poly rear anti rolls fitted & got the front anti rolls, drop links & inner arm bushes to fit. Can't wait to start to drive it, insurance starts on 4th Sept so all the work will hopefully be done by then
