Bristol Classic 2014

Post by Red Icon »

The show this year is on the 14/15th June and the theme is 110 years of Rover. We have a stand which we are sharing with the RSR and P5 club, there is room for 10 cars. We are trying to get a car from each decade. with the RSR providing the early pre war ones and the P5 club the 50/60/70s. We are doing the 80/90/00s, we have a 80s 200mk1 and an R8 for the 90s but we need a 25/45 for the 00s. Has anyone got one we can have on the stand for that weekend.

The classic is all go now with the cars more or less got. But what we need now is on the Sunday as many Rovers as possible to turn up in the Classic car park, there will be a area set aside for us. There will be a trophy up for grabs, it's the chairmans cup and is for the car most likely to go home in.

A 800/600 or 100, bubble/BRM will do, I just need another car as Davids is now off the road.

Hiya. See you maybe short of a car at Bristol Classic. Unfortunately I am unavailable on the Sat. But if you still need a car for the Sunday then I have a half decent 200 BRM that I would be willing to bring down. The Sunday is Fathers Day as I guess you all know, but if you need me let me know as soon as poss please. As I say impossible for the Saturday. Good luck.

:clapping Had a great weekend, ended up with seven cars on the stand should of been more but it would have been a bit bit too snug.Everyone enjoyed themselves, some even turned up outside as well. Again a great success all round. Many thanks to everyone who worked hard all weekend, and Terry, who always deserves a special mention. :clapping
