Any other symptoms?

Does it continue to click, or is it just one click?
Only in reverse?

If it does click-click-click as the wheel rotates then it is usually the outer CV joint that is past its best.

If it is just a single click then it is often the brake pads moving in the carriers and itsn't really anything to worry about.

have a quick look under the car. at the end nearest the wheel is a rubber bellows, is it split? if it is it's not a big job to pack with grease and refit a new gaiter (gaiter), for now. Look to replacing the drive shaft in the long-term.
