I am preparing a "Motor Show Special" newsletter to hand out to prospective new members and anyone else who is interested. I have a "silent salesman" stand for each car. We will need information on history, spec and any interesting facts on each show car to put on an A4 "show card" to slot in the silent salesman.

We were think of putting two cars on ramps, possibly the cabriolet and coupe so you can see in them better. Paul has some posters which we can put up and we will need to have info up to promote the expansion of the club.

Any other ideas???

Windscreen passes for the show cars and our allocation of wristbands (entry tickets) has reached me: I will post them out to you all later this week (recorded delivery).

Howard, please would you PM me your address. Also, I have not heard anything from the owners of the 416 and the Coupe and I have no contact details for either of them: can anybody help with this?

Regarding show cards, Lyndsey produced some a few years ago and emailed them to us to fill out. I have just started looking for mine :blushing and will forward to anybody who wants to use it as a template: I guess it would be good if we have a consistent style and layout for each car. :thumbup1

My engine bay may be (uber clean) as swanndogzz puts it but his car is generally more shiney than mine especially in the underneath & wheel arch departments. :)

The NEC have published the floorplan, looks like we are in hall 5 with all the other rover clubs.
