Passes have been sent out based on the following:

Thursday: (build up)
Jonny (exhibiting)
Howard (exhibiting)
John K (exhibiting)
Jeremy (might be exhibiting)
Carl
John B
Me
Duncan?

Friday:
Jonny
Howard
John K
Carl
Jeremy?
Duncan?

Saturday:
Jonny
Howard
John K
Me
Tim
Jeremy?
Duncan?

Sunday:
Jonny
Howard
John K
Jeremy
Carl
John B
Me
Duncan?

For Thursday, our allocated entry time is 11.00: this is the time at which we will be able to get in with the minimum delay (in theory) We can get cars and equipment in earlier or later, but will have to work around other people trying to build their displays as well.
On Thursday, we all need to sign in at the show office before entering the halls and wear a hi-vis waistcoat or jacket: Jonny has volunteered to bring them. Same applies on Sunday night after the show closes while we are clearing our display away.

We are on stand 5-142, which is in Hall 5. Everybody will be receiving a map with their tickets and the NEC traffic people are normally quite good at giving directions if you know where you need to end up :)

We still have a couple of free tickets left for Friday and there are plenty for Saturday and Sunday. As regards having a rota for doing 'stand duty', I hope that this can be worked out in a kind of gentlemanly way by those involved on each day: maybe a two hours on, three hours off arrangement?

Opening times:
The show is open Friday 13th November: 10.00am – 6.30pm
Saturday 14th November: 9.00am – 6.30pm
Sunday 15th November: 9.00am – 5.30pm

Those of us with 'exhibitor' wristbands (ie us on the list above) can get in up to an hour before opening time on each day to ensure that we are ready for business!

Paul

Howard has a mate coming with him on Thursday and Friday so I am sure he would be grateful for a ticket for those days. I can't do Friday so he can have my Friday ticket.

Grand, thank you.

Was planning on Friday too, if there's a ticket available. No worries if not as it looks like we've got good coverage.

I'll be bringing a table with cover and a couple of folding camp chairs for the weary plus the pull-up display board. I also have the plastic magazine holders to put on the table.

I did think of bringing a vacuum cleaner along for the carpet tiles but realised we don't have leccy on our stand. It may be still worth me doing it if we can find a long extension lead and a friendly stand next door :laughing2

I seem to remember plugging anything bigger than a 60w light in trips the fuse!

I have included additional tickets in Howard's pack for his friend on Friday and I will bring all the spares with me on Thursday in case anybody needs any extras.

Club members: a reminder that it may still be possible for you to have a free entry pass for some of the days: see the 'members' section of the forum for details of what you have to do, but be quick as I may need to post the pass to you.

I forgot to mention in the packs that I sent out to our exhibitors and Thursday team that our allocated setup time is 11.00: this is the time that we will be able to get cars in to the hall with the minimum fuss and delay. We can still do it later, but might have to wait around and/or dodge other exhibitors and traders. :scared
