Hi all,

Just bought a 216 Cabriolet and thought I would join up

I had a 214 many moons ago and loved that. This one was bought out of need rather than desire (needed an auto after a motorbike accident) but it has bought back some great memories and I am falling in love.

She is a little old and had been unloved but I am gradually sorting out the problems. The main one I have is what started as a horrible crashing noise from the drivers side rear and upon investigation I found that the roof only had one of the 3 bolts in and that one was loose. I am about to search the forums for hood adjustment advice.

I thought I would become a web member too but the online payment is not working :(
