Hello , i have a 213 SE from 1988, i know have a Honda engine (ev2). It's possible to install a d16a6 or d16a9 from 216 gsi /gti ?

Nope,
Well not without a butt load of work which would work out cheaper to buy 4-5gti's and that's if you did the work yourself.
