No idea to be honest didnt really look at that one was too over grown and only really interested in the GTi

I agreed £250 for the GTi could have possiblity got it cheaper but I thought even if it's rotten I will still hopefully have a spare drivetrain ect and since the only other D16 A9 engine and box I could find on eBay was £650 thought seemed fair

Good stuff and I'd say a satisfactory outcome. You can't buy 'owt for £250 these days......although it seems when I'm selling, £250 is the most I achieve!!!

Sorry haven't got round to pictures yet laptop done an update last week now my phone won't sync to it anyway got all the interior stripped out over the weekend because it was really damp inside and I'm pleased to say the floors are perfect it looks like as far as I can tell other than it's had a small accident repair behind the passenger door which hasn't been done to the best standard it's in excellent condition. will try again to get pictures sorted tonight
