RoverRevival Open Day (new year maybe)

Post by RoverRevival »

Just putting the feelers out for early new years open day at RoverRevival followed by a cruise through the hills.

I'm thinking of the first week of new years while we are all still on holiday.

We have more than enough space for distancing and following that, you'll be in your car.
As its, an enclosed location mask's will be required.

Sunday the 3rd would be my guess date.

any takers?

Hi Craig,

I might be interested in this but it's a bit early to make a commitment. It is going to depend upon the lockdown situation, any family plans and (to a certain extent) what the weather is going to be like. I quite like the idea of a new year run and it might work to create a bit of momentum going into 2021 after this subdued year.

Cheers,

I'd be interested in a visit and a drive, when it's safe to do so - that'll be the spring at the earliest I feel.
I like Twin Cams.... and Single Cams...and now Turbos

No I had a bad motorcycle crash in the 90’s had a total hip replacement in 98 & a total knee replacement 2 years ago.
Plus had slip discs cleaned up in 2009 but was told I wouldn’t be able to go back to being a mechanic then passed hgv passed test and was a recovery driver/mechanic until 2009 then after back op worked for a mate in his garage/body shop until 2013.
Then started working vw delivering parts to the garages in the night

I messaged you earlier today asking if it was going to be new years day again when I would be able to collect my can. The 25GTI this time. That is if it is legal to do so.
