Fan problem on a 216 with a Honda engine
Hi all, As the title suggests I've got a problem with my cooling fan. By way of background, I've recently replaced the head gasket. Everything is working fine, timing now set correctly, but the fan doesn't cut in when it gets hot. The fan works, I've hard wired it to test. I've tested the circuit wi...

Thanks, I've got the error code booklet already. I've cleared that TC error.

Rover 216 Distributor cap
Hi,
Does anyone know the part number for a distributor cap for a 1991 Rover 216 with a Honda engine?
The one that was supplied to me by Camberley Auto Factors is the wrong one.
Thanks in advance!

216 Head gasket head ache. New gasket doesn't fit
Hi, Newbie. My mum's 216 GSI has blown its head gasket. I have tried to fit a new one, but it doesn't fit! On the back row, the holes for the dowels don't line up with holes on the block or the head - the result is that the dowels won't go through. Have I bought the wrong one? I thought maybe I'd be...
